Our Services

Are you worried about your child or teen? Therapy can help in many ways. Whether it’s supporting them with their social, emotional and developmental goals, helping them to adjust to change, grief or trauma or enhancing confidence and wellbeing Together to Grow is here to help.

What We Do

At Together to Grow you are free to be yourself. We are a neuroaffirming practice and strive to create a space where everyone is welcome. Your background, gender identity, orientation, and family will be honoured here. We specialise in mental health work with children, teens and families. We support your child and family to set their therapy goals and will work alongside you to achieve them.

Parenting Support

Raising children can be one of the most joyful experiences in life whilst also being one of the toughest. Therapeutic strengths-based parenting support can help you to foster your ability to engage in empathetic, values-led, nurturing parenting. It offers a safe space to explore your own experiences of parenting and develop strategies that work for you and your child. Helping you to feel more connected, attuned and confident in your parenting.

Child and Adolescent Therapy

Kids and teens are learning to process big feelings for the very first time. Just like adults they deal with hard stuff which can led them to feel out of control, stuck, numb, angry, sad, confused and even anxious or depressed. Therapy can help your child or teen to explore their thoughts and emotions in a safe space. Creating an opportunity to develop their coping skills, engage in self-discovery, and nurture their development.

Family Support

All families are unique and face their own unique challenges. Engaging with therapeutic support can help to nurture your families’ strengths. It can provide a space for re-connection, growing secure attachment, and allowing the people in your family the opportunity to thrive as individuals whilst remaining interconnected within your family system.

Therapy Groups

Developing social skills, communication skills and learning to regulate in group settings is a big task for kids. Therapeutic groups can be a great way to help your child develop these skills alongside their peers whilst having a lot of fun along the way. Building their confidence whilst they master a range of social, emotional and communication skills.

Clinical Supervision

Mental health work can be incredibly enriching and also challenging. Clinical supervision via Together to Grow aims to help you feel energised in your role. Helping you to reflect, expand and gain mastery in your clinical skills. It is a space where you can show up as your whole self, while we explore the complexities of clinical work and work together to set and achieve your professional development goals.
